name Eight years ago I weighed 232 pounds. I'm just 5'0" and I was fat. I was about to lose weight again, but instead of going on another diet, I asked myself a "how do people maintain a weight loss?"

Asking myself this question changed my life. So, instead of losing weight again, I transformed from the inside first. I also learned what long term "maintainer" do to manage their weight for a lifetime.
